Cashless arrangements are subject to policy coverage, eligibility of the medical condition, approval by the assistance team, and acceptance of the guarantee of payment by the treating hospital or medical provider. Travellers should contact our assistance team as early as possible so that the necessary arrangements can be coordinated.
Where cashless treatment cannot be arranged, the traveller may be required to pay the medical expenses directly and submit the eligible expenses for reimbursement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy.
